This is how it looks straight out of the box. It is based on an obscure drone version of the F9F Panther.
The yellow wings and stab are great for visibility in all conditions. The ARF package does not come with any markings,
but the military markings shown in the bottom pic are available from BTE.

Bruce Tharpe's personal ARF. As you can see, a few markings can really liven up
this model. Sorry, but these markings are not available from BTE. Want to come up with your own
vinyl graphics? Local sign shops can do it, but tend to be expensive. Most R/C clubs have a member
who can cut vinyl for less. Or work with one of the many graphics companies who advertise in
model magazines and on the web.

Landing approach at Whidbey Island. Bruce brings his ARF in after another successful flight
at Jets Over Whidbey 2008, where it won the award for "Best Sport Jet". Notice the bold black and white
stripes on the wing bottom, which also aid with visibility and orientation in the air. The stripes are
not part of the basic color scheme. They are cut from vinyl like all of the other markings.

accessories like Tam's smoke system, Pro-Links retracts, Dura-Lite batteries, JR digital servos, 3.8L tank,
and a functioning speed brake. All up weight is 27.5 lb (12.5 kg), dry.
