This is a follow up design to the original Wing, and quickly became one of my favorite models of all time. This one has a longer span and a bit more area for improved soaring. The longer fuselage was to help with balance. I'm pretty sure that photo was taken at one of the annual flying wing contests they used to have at Mile Square Park back in the 80's. You might notice that it's fitted with a wimpy set of wire landing gear, for landings on the pavement only.
