"I finally finished my Flyin' King last month. What a great airplane! Flew hands off on the test flight.
"I powered it with an AXI 5320-28 outrunner on an 8S 5000mAH li-poly battery. Ready-t-fly weight is 9 lb. 8 oz. Started out with a 21.5 x 12 prop which drew 51 amps and 1550 watts. Way more power than needed. I have propped in down to 18 x 10 which draws 40 amps and 1100 watts. It still has unlimited vertical rolling climb.
