"As you can see from the pics, I converted my Vortex to electric. The motor used was an Axi 4130/16 on 8s 4000. 

"The Vortex now has t a few dozen flights on it with no problems...Top speed with this set up is about 85 mph...The prop is a bit conservative for the power system. I am using a Graupner 3 blade 13-10....Flying time is 8 minutes with 30% still left over in packs. I may try with a few other props to increase top speed a bit...
